Staff Quarters Project – Comfort for Our Dedicated Team

At Al-Mukhtar Academy, we understand that when our staff are supported, our students thrive. That’s why we’ve begun constructing new Staff Quarters—modern, comfortable housing designed to give our teachers and administrative team a stable environment close to the school.

This project isn’t just about buildings. It’s about strengthening the foundation of our entire learning community. With on-site housing, staff can stay more connected to the day-to-day needs of students, collaborate more easily, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having secure accommodation.

We see this as a long-term investment in the well-being, motivation, and retention of the people who give their best to our children every day.
